What we do for organisations

MSH Partnership believe considers the following World Health Organisation’s (WHO) definition of mental health as a useful definition of overall employee wellbeing:

“…a state of wellbeing in which every individual realises his or her own potential, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to her or his community”

We deliver excellent, value for money, results-driven wellbeing packages tailored to your needs using a combination of technology, coaching and behaviour change workshops proven to make a positive difference.

  • We work with organisations who are committed to improving wellbeing for themselves and their staff
  • Provide executive packages including lifestyle assessment using Firstbeat technology.
  • Provide Innovative techniques to engage and motivate staff
  • Provide Strategic and operational support to bring your Wellbeing strategy to life
  • We use the Five Ways to Wellbeing as a framework. The five ways to wellbeing are a set of evidence-based actions proven to improve mental wellbeing

Let us work with you and your staff to develop a bespoke plan to improve health & wellbeing, engagement and performance of your staff using evidence-based interventions.
