Sue Henry is founder of MSH Partnership
She set up MSH (Make Something Happen) Partnership in 2012 after more than 30 years of working in the NHS.
She is passionate about getting the best out of life personally and professionally and sharing her knowledge, expertise and experience with others.
She has 30 years experience in the business of health, wellbeing, regeneration, community development and transformational change leadership.
She is passionate about using a whole systems approach to her work, exploring the ‘art of the possible’, creating innovative and sustainable approaches to supporting people to be the best they can personally and professionally and working alongside organisations to create a happy, healthy and productive workforce.
Sue has had a number of life changing events that have impacted on her physical and emotional wellbeing and is passionate about supporting individuals and small business owners in particular to invest in their own wellbeing and resilience.
Sue has been invited by a number of organisations to talk about her mental resilience in the face of adversity.
Steve O’Loughlin
Steve has more than 20 years’ experience in a competitive B2B sales environment, working for a number of blue-chip companies and understands the impact of the stress and pressure to perform at your best and meet ever-moving targets.
He’s passionate about working with people to build personal resilience and find a balance between professional and personal life.
He is an experienced mentor and trainer and keen golfer.
